We hired Durrant’s Tropikuisine for my husband’s birthday celebration, and everything was incredible. The jerk chicken was perfectly seasoned, the oxtails were so tender they literally fell off the bone, and the rice and peas tasted just like homemade. The team arrived on time, the buffet looked beautiful, and everyone kept asking who the caterer was. We’ll definitely be booking again.
